  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Ordering
    All orders placed through our store are subject to product availability and acceptance.
    Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not signify acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order prior to dispatch.
  3. Pricing and Payment
    We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
    Payments must be made through the accepted payment methods (online payment, bank transfer, or via PO once a framework agreement is signed and approved).
  4. Delivery
    Standard delivery within Riyadh: 24–72 hours.
    Delivery outside Riyadh: 2–5 business days.
    Delays may occur due to external factors such as supply issues, courier limitations, or high demand.
    MDD Direct is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched for orders outside Riyadh.
  5. Product Availability
    Product listings are subject to availability.
    If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a refund.
  6. Returns & Refunds
    You may return eligible products within 2 business days if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
    Subscriptions, perishable or consumable items are non-returnable.
    Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after inspection and approval.
  7. Replacements
    Replacement requests must be made within 5 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products.
    Subscriptions, perishable or consumable items are not eligible for replacement.
  8. Warranty
    Warranty terms are provided by the product manufacturer or distributor.
    MDD Direct will support you in accessing after-sales service where possible.
  9. Customer Responsibilities
    You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
    Someone must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.
  10. Limitation of Liability
    MDD Direct is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use, delays, or service interruptions.
    Our maximum liability will not exceed the value of the purchased item.
